
Initio Trainingsevent Hamburg
On September 22, 2025, we hosted the world’s largest INITIO training at the GaGa Club Hamburg - with rooftop views across the city - bringing the brand, methodology, and community to life.
Around 125 participants from perfumeries and retail gathered to not just hear about INITIO’s DNA, but to experience it firsthand: after a relaxed check-in with a welcome drink, Quentin Dubois guided guests through “Meet the Brand,” covering the brand’s signature, collections, and olfactory codes. Anika then distilled the content into a practical recap focused on sales arguments, counter storytelling, and day-to-day priorities.
Another highlight of the evening was the “Collection Experience Table,” where the community could compare, smell, and sharpen their argumentation - turning theory into measurable consulting competence.
The atmosphere was open, focused, and appreciative; conversations were rooted in the field, with concrete best practices for cross-selling, objection handling, and POS activations.
A strong team across Brand, Sales, and Training ensured seamless execution - including on-site photography, clear roles, precise timing, and a setting that captured INITIO’s powerful aesthetic. All brought to life by Club Power.
Our conclusion: an evening that deepened knowledge, built confidence, and made the INITIO experience so tangible that consulting, sell-through, and brand enthusiasm all benefitted - exactly the kind of training that moves niche perfumery forward in the premium retail segment.
